B-Feed Capacity Upgrade:

WINDOW 1
- Dates: November 13 and November 14
- Impacted Area: Zone A, Rows 1, 3, 5, and 7 (ZA.C1, ZA.C3, ZA.C5, ZA.C7)
- Details: The secondary (B / redundant) power feed in Zone A will be temporarily de-energized for up to 4 hours each day as we relocate B-feed busbars to a higher capacity distribution board. Throughout this time, the primary (A) feed will remain fully operational, safeguarded by our UPS and NSA, to ensure uninterrupted power to your equipment.
N+1 UPS Cluster Installation:

WINDOW 2
- Date: November 21
- Details: Following the busbar upgrade, we will install a new N+1 UPS cluster on the B-feed, transforming it from a break feed to a non-break feed with redundancy. This upgrade will enhance power resilience and continuity, offering the same level of reliability on the B-feed as on the A-feed.

To maintain uninterrupted service, we encourage you to:

- Review Power Load: Ensure that your equipment does not exceed the available capacity while operating on a single power feed. Our operations team can assist with capacity verification if needed.
- Confirm Redundant Connections: Verify that no essential equipment is solely reliant on the B-feed during the initial upgrade on November 13 and 14.

Additional Considerations:

- Access Restrictions: Temporary restrictions may apply in certain zones for safety reasons.
- Status Updates: We will provide updates throughout the maintenance and installation processes.
- Safety Protocols: Contractors will follow strict safety and security protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to facility entry/exit procedures.
We appreciate your cooperation and trust in our services as we work to enhance our facility's reliability. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or require further assistance.
