Maintenance information - Network Software Upgrades in the Netherlands Completed Maintenance

We would like to inform you of an upcoming network maintenance affecting our infrastructure in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague. This maintenance is required to address a software bug in the operating system of our transport switches, which could potentially lead to performance degradation or service interruptions on our backbone.

Scope:
- The upgrades will be performed sequentially on each switch, followed by a reboot to activate the new software.
- Customers with single-homed connections will experience intermittent service interruptions during the upgrade.
- The upgrade has been successfully tested in a lab environment and will be executed in a controlled manner by our Netrouting network engineers.

This upgrade is necessary to ensure long-term stability, security, and performance of our network. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
