DFDC The Hague – UPS Feed A Life Cycle Replacement

Completed Maintenance Scheduled on 05/03/2025 05:00:00 Estimated finish 05/03/2025 08:00:00
As part of our continued infrastructure upgrades following the April 9 utility power maintenance, we will be performing critical work on Saturday, May 3, 2025. During this window, we will migrate Power Feed A at DFDC The Hague to a newly deployed UPS cluster.

This activity is part of a broader effort to increase power system redundancy and prepare the facility for our upcoming tier-3 design implementation.

No interruption to Feed A is anticipated. However, Feed A will be temporarily unprotected during the migration. Customers with dual power feeds and operating on UPS Cluster B will remain fully protected throughout the maintenance.

Maintenance Schedule (CEST):
07:00 AM – Isolate Power Feed A from current UPS infrastructure [DFDC/Electrical]
08:30 AM – Transition Feed A to new UPS cluster [DFDC/Electrical/Facilities]
09:30 AM – Conduct load verification, battery checks, and confirm system status [DFDC/Electrical]
10:00 AM – Close maintenance window [DFDC]

On-Site Access & Customer Presence:
We recommend minimizing on-site activity during the maintenance period. Customers with a need for on-site engineering support are advised to coordinate with our operations team in advance.

Should you have any questions or specific concerns regarding this maintenance, please feel free to contact our support team.

We appreciate your continued cooperation and understanding as we improve the resiliency and capacity of our critical infrastructure.
