DFDC The Hague - UPS-A Maintenance

As part of our ongoing infrastructure development program, one of the distribution power panels on UPS-A will be upgraded to maximum capacity.

Impact
- No service interruption is expected.
- During certain phases, affected customers will temporarily lose UPS protection while load is transferred to external bypass utility power.
- Customers with dual power feeds connected to UPS clusters B and/or C will remain fully protected.

For full duration of maintenance:
- ZA.C1.BB01
- ZA.C2.BB01
- ZA.C3.BB01
- ZA.C4.BB01
- ZA.C5.BB01
- ZA.C7.BB01

During external bypass transfer only:
- ZA.C6.BB01
- ZA.C8.BB01
- ZA.C9.BB01
- ZA.C10.BB01

Maintenance Schedule (CEST)
07:00 – Transfer load to unprotected utility power (engage static UPS + external bypass)
07:30 – Reinstate UPS protection for rows ZA.C6.BB01, ZA.C8.BB01, ZA.C9.BB01, ZA.C10.BB01
08:00 – Begin upgrade work on DIST-A:PP01
10:00 – Transfer remaining UPS-A load back to unprotected utility power (UPS static bypass)
10:30 – Disengage external bypass on DIST-A:PP01
11:00 – Disable static bypass and restore load to UPS, verify load, perform battery checks, confirm system status
12:00 – Maintenance window closes
